Shipping & Returns

This map should provide a good estimate of how long it will take to receive your order once it has shipped from our warehouse. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping method you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound and increased to include any weight of the packaging materials that keep your boards secure during transit.

International Shipping

We quickly ship international orders just about anywhere that UPS will deliver. Due to the high variance in international shipping rates, our site is not set up to compute shipping charges for countries outside of the U.S.*

If you would like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please email us at info@cuttingboardcompany.com. Be sure to include a list of the products (and sizes) you would like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a quote. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you within one business day. All international shipments are shipped via UPS.

*NOTE: Our site will compute shipping for most Canadian Addresses. The shipping cost we quote for you does not include any other import related fees, such as duties, taxes, tariffs or any additional shipping costs once your package leaves the U.S. border.

Return Details 

Products that can be Returned - 

  • New/unused products - may be subject to an 18% restocking fee

  • Products damaged during transit 

  • Defective products

  • Custom Cutting Boards cut to the incorrect size

  • Custom Cutting Boards with incorrect edges/corners

Products that cannot be Returned - 

  • Products that have come into contact with food (it is a violation of health regulations for us to accept these)

  • Used products that have been cut on 

  • Products that were ordered more than 30 days ago 

  • Products with no proof of purchase (we store records of every order in our system) 

  • Custom Cutting Boards that are cut correctly, with the correct material, and with correct edges and corners

Please measure your custom cutting board carefully, as many of our boards are made to the exact specifications YOU give us. We generally do not accept returns on custom cutting boards unless there is a defect in the material or the board is cut to a size other than what you ordered. Remember the old saying, measure twice cut once!

How to Return your Cutting Board

  1. Email info@cuttingboardcompany.com with your order number, name, the product you would like to return and why you want to return it.

  2. You will be contacted within 2 business days with a RMA # for your order.

  3. Repackage unused item in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice with the assigned RMA# clearly written across the top.

  4. Ship the package back to us:

Cutting Board Company is not responsible for returned boards that are lost or damaged during transit. We suggest using a shipper that provides tracking information.

Once we receive the return, we will contact you to let you know that the return is processed and your refund is applied.
