1/4" Thick White HDPE Sheet - Size 4' x 8'

This 4 foot by 8 foot sheet is made of Super High Density Polyethylene Plastic. HDPE is a durable, tough grade of plastic that is highly resistant to most chemicals and unlikely to absorb moisture. Also resistant to stains and odors, HDPE is an ideal surface for food preparation. Our sheets are extruded with a pebble finish for extra grip and are the most dense surface available that will not damage your knives.
