All cutting boards in the set feature bullnose (rounded) edges and rounded corners. These sets are an excellent way to prevent cross contamination in your commercial or residential kitchen. All of these boards are made of Super High Density Polyethylene Plastic and are Commercial Dishwasher Safe, including the spike temp that exceeds 185°.
